The constitution is the organisations governing document. It provides structure and guidance on how the trustees need to govern the Centre as a charity and on such issues as appointing trustees and calling AGMs.
The CfSWP adopted its new constitution at its AGM on 28th September 2012 in preparation for becoming a charity. It has since been updated several times including to alter its objects to fit better with the Charity Commission’s expectations.
Members can use the constitution to understand better how the organisation is run and what part they can have in this.
