Article published in the PSW social work magazine on the RPG Project
Shahid Naqvi – December 2018
This feature first appeared in Professional Social Work, the monthly magazine of the British Association of Social Workers Pause for thought. It will be circulated to over 20,000 social workers who are members of BASW the UK’s largest Social Work member organisation. We reproduce here both the front page and a 2 page spread entitled Pause for Thought. The article is about the Centre’s first Whole System Reflective Practice Group Project which we have been carrying out with Brighton and Hove Children’s Social Work Department for the past 3 years. We are currently negotiating a third successive contract for delivering the project for a further year.
If you would like to learn more about the project the detailed first phase evaluation report is on our website [http://cfswp.org/paper-20-06-2017-evaluation-of-reflective-practice-group-project-brighton-hove-childrens-services-preliminary-report.php] or you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for someone to contact you to discuss.
